Foraging Walks

I’m passionate about promoting a re-connection with nature in all her abundance. I realise every time I go foraging in the beautiful meadows & woods of the West country how blessed I am to have this wild and unspoilt resource on my doorstep. How grateful I am to be able to pick wild food free of any fertilisers or pesticides. I believe we should be taking back control of what we eat, and celebrating the richness of nutrient dense, healthy, healing, seasonally available wild produce.

Come and join me to learn the joys of foraging!

I will be taking small groups with a maximum of 12 adults out into some of the local foraging hot spots where we will search for seasonal delicacies and harvest some to take home. Each session varies in length, with time to delight in nature and share some delicious, foraged snacks

which I will provide.

“Pavla was such a knowledgeable, fun and friendly guide for us on our foraging walk, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Not only did we leave with a bag of our own foraged goodies, but she gave us tons of tips and recipes on how to cook and prepare them.
